Current Construction Projects

Lower Riding, Holtspur, Beaconsfield, Bucks

A client self build project for the erection of an attached 3 bedroom house of approximately 900 sqft. The site is currently 50% built and we are currently on time and budget. Completion is due August 2010.

Sandleswood End, Beaconsfield, Bucks

Replacement dwelling self build project. We have been instructed to manage the construction of this site which has the benefit of planning permission for a 6500 sqft detached dwelling, consisting of 5 bedrooms 5 bathrooms and large basement area providing playroom & cinema area. The owners are currently looking for rental accommodation and we hope to start on site in the 3rd/4th quarter of 2010.

Main Road, Naphill, Bucks

Extension and refurbishment of the existing property and construction of an attached 2 storey 1 bedroom house. The site has full detailed planning permission and awaits building regs approval. We have been instructed to complete the project and we hope to start on site by the end of August 2010.

London End, Beaconsfield, Bucks

Situated in Beaconsfield Old Town’s conservation area, the client has gained planning permission to substantially extend the ground floor and convert the loft space with the use of 2 dormer windows to create a new master suite. We await building control approval and aim to start on site by the end of August 2010.

Gregories Road, Beaconsfield, Bucks

Replacement dwelling self build project. A scheme designed by renowned local architect, the project is currently at feasibility stage and we are discussing the build costs with the client at present in the hope to gain building regs approval and start on site in the first quarter of 2011. The proposed dwelling is a 2.5 storey 5bed/5bath detached house of 6000sqft including an attached triple garage.

A ‘Potton’ style 3 bedroom detached property with garage, traditional constructed with ‘London Stock’ bricks and timber boarding.

Bakers Wood, Gerrards Cross

A traditional style 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached property with double integral garage.

Back Lane, Chalfont St Giles

Two traditional individually designed properties, comprising 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with integral garages.

Sycamore Road, Chalfont St Giles

Detached chalet style 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property, including study and double detached garage.

Eleanor Road, Chalfont St Peter

A detached chalet bungalow comprising of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.

Old Long Grove, Seer Green

Complete remodel and refurbishment of an existing 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom detached property into a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached home with detached double garage. The property features an open plan hall and dining area with conservatory, bespoke hand made kitchen, with 4 reception rooms in total.

Pre Construction Projects

Beaconsfield Rugby Club, Oak Lodge Meadow, Windsor End, Beaconsfield, Bucks

Clubhouse Redevelopment

MPCM were instructed earlier this year by BRFC to initiate a redevelopment proposal for a new clubhouse facility to replace the existing dilapidated building.

We instructed Brooks & Ware Architects to commission the feasibility drawings, they completed the design on a similar project for Reigations Rugby Club in Reigate, Surrey, which is now built.

Beaconsfield Rugby Club, Bull House Field, Windsor End, Bucks

New Pitches

We were instructed to achieve planning consent for two full size rugby pitches on land on Bull Hall Barn Estate. The site is currently used for arable farmland and is situated in a registered national park which produces a number of complex planning matters with regard to ground movements and historical sensitivity.
