Current Construction Project – Holtspur

Here we are managing the construction of a 2 storey, 3 bedroom attached house comprising of approximately 900 ft2 for a self build client. The property will feature open plan living with the creation of a large kitchen breakfast area with the use of an open conservatory to the rear of the house. Upstairs will provide two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and family bathroom, the first floor will also feature vaulted ceilings in both double bedrooms.

From a management perspective the project has been challenging, with substantial level changes of the site and logistical issues with the small nature of the site for machinery movement and storage of building materials.

The superstructure is now complete and we will be wind and water tight imminently. Even with delays in the ground we are on programme and budget, we are confident of hitting our August completion date with required building control sign off.
